Terms of Service

Jinan Yoker Auto Parts supplies brake, cooling, air-conditioning and wheel parts to workshops, distributors, fleets, OEM assembly buyers and wheel brands, covering quotations, free samples and order fulfilment from one source supplier in Jinan, China.

These terms apply to every quotation, sample and order issued by Jinan Yoker Auto Parts Inc (SD Yoker Auto Parts), unless a signed order confirmation states otherwise. Covered product lines:

• Brake discs & drumsFront and rear discs and drums, including Chinese models such as BYD and Chery.
• Cooling radiatorsAluminium radiators for passenger cars and Volvo VNL/VNM and Mack trucks.
• AC condensersOE-matched condensers, supplied under the RCAP or OEM trademark.
• Wheel rims & hubsCast, forged, light-truck, off-road, replica and classic steel wheels.

A quotation becomes binding only after both parties confirm the order in writing; prices, quantities and specifications in that confirmation take precedence over any earlier quotation.

• Validity. Each quotation remains valid for the period stated on it. After that period, prices may be revised to reflect raw material and freight costs.
• Confirmation. Orders are confirmed by a written order confirmation or proforma invoice sent by email, together with the agreed payment terms.
• Buyer data. Quotations are based on the vehicle model, OE number, specification and quantity supplied by the buyer.
• Minimum order. MOQ is stated per product, for example 10 PCS for AC condensers; radiator MOQ is negotiable.

Jinan Yoker Auto Parts provides free samples so buyers can check fitment and quality before placing a bulk order.

• Sample quantity and eligible models are agreed per request, based on the buyer's application and target order.
• Arrangements for sample shipping cost and courier account are confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.
• Approved samples serve as the quality reference for the following bulk order.

All goods ship in export-standard packaging to destinations worldwide; the delivery date for each order is the one stated in the order confirmation.

• Export-standard packagingPacked to protect machined surfaces, cores and wheel finishes during sea, air and land transport.
• Global shippingProducts are exported to more than 120 countries and regions; shipping terms are agreed per order.
• Lead timeGoods ship from stock or production after full-process inspection. Reference lead time for AC condensers is 7 days; the binding date is the one in the order confirmation.

Cooling radiators carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as leakage or failure under correct installation and normal use. Warranty terms for other product lines are stated in the order confirmation.

Claims process

1. 1Notify. Email cathyzhao@jnyoker.com within the warranty period with the order number, model or OE number and the affected quantity.
2. 2Provide evidence. Attach photos or video of the defect and installation, so the batch can be traced through our quality traceability system.
3. 3Assessment. Our quality team reviews the claim and confirms whether it is covered by the warranty.
4. 4Resolution. Approved claims are settled by replacement, credit on the next order or another remedy agreed in writing.

The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, accidents, misuse, coolant contamination or modification of the part.

Buyers may order parts under the RCAP trademark or under their own OEM trademark. Buyers who supply drawings, specifications or brand artwork are responsible for that content.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned in that order, and these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, vehicle downtime or labour costs, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, port closures or changes in regulation.
• Disputes are first settled through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they are submitted to the competent court or arbitration body named in the order confirmation.
• We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the order confirmation date applies to that order.
